With the new requirements for Team Leader status, it is much more necessary to help your PSAs to move upward. You will not move upward if some of them do not.
Basically what we want to do is to encourage all of our PSAs and at the same time, all of our generations, to follow the SFI BASICS, which includes sponsoring, buying and selling TC products, and teaching duplication.
We must stop being afraid of telling them to invest cash into their business. Sure they can do it without cash, but why take them down the harder path? A business only survives when it sells products or services. SFI is no different.
For those who begin to duplicate what you are doing, as seen by their level of SVP, their sign-ups, and log-ins, and communication with their generations, you should reward them in various meaningful ways.
If your active team is not more than 5 wide, you can give Gift Certificates or put them on your co-op rotation and make sure the the co-op has a steady supply of PSAs either by advertising or purchase of P
SAs to Go.
If you do have an excess of active PSAs, then begin to reassign them to your best active PSAs. The idea is to fill out the Team of your Dreams. This team will eventually consist of solid PTLs except for the newest generations who will have a great idea about their part in the business.
