There are many ways to help your Movers to move up to the next level.
As we all know by now that some will and some won’t do anything to advance to the next level and are just happy to plod along and stay EA or BTL or whatever rank they are in.
Be creative and resourceful in finding ways to get your Movers moving forward with you.
Of course, it starts with you leading the way and showing your Movers that if you can do it, so can they.
You must always be step ahead in your leadership rank and achieve a certain level of success for your Movers to follow and emulate.
Your Badges will show them your achievements. If you have a Standing Order in place, it will explain why you have more time to focus on attending to the other aspects of your business such as sponsoring PSAs and promoting TC products and services, winning games and contests, that results in more Badges on your gallery.
Holding a team contest, such as becoming EA, or sponsoring 5 Affiliates, making first sale, or any other milestones you set is a great way to get them involved especially if the prize you offer for the winner is $30 Gift Certificate which they can use to purchase 100 TCredit Pack to help them qualify for the next level
