How can I help Movers in my team to move up to the next level?
Zina, that is a question thousands of affiliates and Team Leaders are looking for answers. I will try to answer that with my personal example.
At any point of time I have at least 10 or more Movers in my team doing Daily Action tasks and scoring important Versa Points. But it wasn't like that initially. Many of my PSAs were inactive. For first few months I myself was inactive. I didn't understand its potential till I made an a2a friend and we exchanged phone numbers and talked frequently. He explained me how to score points and asked me to read all tabs which I started doing and slowly slowly I started understanding SFI better. There were many components in SFI which I had to learn for example 'how Auctions worked?', how games were played?', 'how to sponsor new PSAs?', 'where were the Sponsoring links located and how to use them'. These and many other questions were coming to my mind frequently. Meanwhile I contacted my upline asking her to help me out which she did happily.
If you see the pattern above you will know that it was a burning desire in me which prompted me to seek answers to many questions. There is a saying ' You can take the horse to the water but you can't make it drink'. That's absolutely true. If the horse is thirsty it will immediately start drinking water and quench its thirst. If it isn't thirsty now it will become thirsty after some time and start drinking water.
From above analysis its quite clear that those who are thirsty for success are the ones in your team as Movers. They want success and are looking for ways to first earn money and then move to the next level. You must help them out to succeed here in SFI. You must understand here clearly that each of your PSAs or Movers are not your employees and you are not their boss. They are all 'Independent Business Owners' here in SFI. You can help them out by guiding them how to build a successful business. This can best be done by personal example known as Duplication. PSAs will invariably follow you. Whatever you do they will try to follow you. If you are logging in daily, your PSAs or Movers will also start logging in daily. If you visit Forum daily and keep posting in Forum regularly, they will also start doing it. If you have a Standing Order, they will also try to have one if they are really looking for success. You don't have to push them or be bossy. SFI does that beautifully. You just have to show up daily. If you are taking part in auctions, they will also start bidding. If you are advertising on different social media, they will watch it and will follow it. They just need to know the technicalities how to Share and post on social media. This aspect you can teach them. If you have set your Goals in SFI , show them the proof that you had set your Goals by sending them Screenshots of your Goals tab. Show them that you are determined to get success. I do it this way and show my Movers my Goals tab and regularly show them how much goals I have achieved. I show them the number of PSAs I have sponsored or the number of PRMs I have referred. It is a real proof that I have done it and they will also start thinking that yes ' I can do it'.
I am buying regularly from Tripleclicks and I mention it in my Stream post for all of my team to see it. I also mention how good a particular ECA is. I have also done ' Transfer Buying'. Transfer Buying is a good way of buying items which you need and are buying anyway from local store. In my case I was buying honey from my local shop. I am now buying it from an ECA with competive pricing. I needed LED bulbs for my home and I found that these were of almost same prices. So I thought why not buy it from Tripleclicks itself and I did it. I expect my Movers to follow suit. I have my own Standing Order and my Movers can see it from my Leadership page. They follow me.
I hope I have made it very clear through my own example how can you guide your Movers to move up to the next level.
