Habits are actions that with practice become almost automatic in your daily life. They can be good habits or bad. Watch which habits you develop and work on loosing the habits that take away from your success.
Instincts are also actions, but they come naturally without practice. there are good and bad instincts and the bad should be eliminated.
1) Form the habit of evaluating your previous day.Pick out the good things and try to do them the next day. Name the bad actions and try to not do them the next day.
2) Try to remain positive in all of your communications. It is important to always be positive when talking with your team. They are all ready looking for excuses for failure. Send any questions and doubts upline but still do not be negative. Just ask for the answer or discussion.
3) Develop the habit of passing out x-cards where ever you go, advertising online everyday, talking to your warm market, and developing your cold market. Your business will not keep growing if the members quit faster than you recruit.
4) Develop the habit of being on time with your communications, both to sponsor and to your team. When telling a PSA or CSA to do something differently, make it as a suggestion for betterment rather than pointing out mistakes.
5) Get in the habit of setting goals: yours and your PSAs. Keep track of those goals and reward for completion.
6) Develop the habit of always looking for another TC product to buy or sell, and teach your team to use and sell TC products.
Teach your habits to your team and it will become strong and successful, and grow.
