Movers are affiliates who are active in your team and have logged in intermittently or regularly. They are a very important part of your SFI business because they help you build your business in more ways than one. They are your workers, both PSAs and CSAs who have taken up the challenge of earning online.
I find it easy to deal with the Movers because I do not have to push them or encourage them to do the minimum, visit their SFI Homepage daily; some of them do not but they do log in and that is a good sign. This does not mean that all the Movers will continue long term in the business - it is possible that they will diminish from your Movers list when they make that decision.
I also feel that you should not overwhelm them with reminders or what to do because they know the course their business will take unless they pose a specific query or have concerns that you can help address. Leave them to work independently as far as possible because they understand the various ranks/levels within SFI. If you feel that you must say something, create competitions to help them strive for higher goals. This is what I have done to one of my PSAs recently.
Just keep close attention to the Movers progress daily and if you feel you need to point out something important, a personal E-Card would be the best way to handle them individually.
