Generally, the Movers on your team are affiliates who are willing to go further in this business.
But sometimes the will is not enough.
Here is where you, as their Sponsor, have to act:
Lead by example
+ have your Standing Order for 1500 VPs,
+ get the most AVPs from your To-Do list,
+ keep recruiting new PSA and PRM,
+ be active at TripleClicks (generate sales, PBA, EZ games, … ),
+ transfer your buying to TripleClicks,
+ be visible on the Forum,
+ read the SFI “Rules of the success” (Launch pad Lessons day 28)
+ read "How can i be an awesome Sponsor and create big income?":

Keep moving yourself up to next level.
Your Movers can see what you are doing through your badges and Will try to do the Same.
Keeps close contact with your Movers and encourage them
+ send a group e-mail per week to encourage your movers,
+ send an e-card of congrats to your Movers whenever they achieve something great,
+ invite your mover to chat if you see he/she is online,
+ make sure your Movers are aware of recent SFI news,
+ reply to messages from your Movers within 24 hours,
+ post messages on your stream page to guide and encourage them,
+ reward your Movers when they have accomplished something,
+ set a contest between your Movers using your leader page to encourage,
+ invite your Movers to join you on Face book or another social network,
+ monitor how your Movers are doing,
+ ask your Mover who seems to have difficulties how you can help him,
+ help your Movers opening their ECA et help them making sales.
+ The list seems endless.
But with your awesome leadership and the willing of the Movers on your team you can expect that these latter will move up to the next level.
