Great question, thank you for asking it. :-) I will share my current plan and strategy and I look forward to reading what others do as well.
First, when a new PSA joins I send them a welcome message and offer to assist them to achieve FAST-TRACK status. They must do the work (learning) and then I will sponsor the min $20 purchase.
Next, I keep track of their VP ledgers and encourage them along if I see that they could use some guidance. Once the affiliate has achieved EA status I reassign a minimum of 5 PSAs to them (if they advance higher then I reassign more).
Then I include anyone who has achieved EA2 or higher in my co-op (I purchase a few S-Builders each month and also include PSA auction wins) to help them get started building their team.
I keep sending team mails out throughout the month offering encouragement and letting them know I am around for any questions. At each level I am both role modeling and encouraging my team to keep active and moving forward towards building their team and business.
