Here's how...
Set a task example Task1; becoming an EA2 every month and receive a Gift Certificate. Task 2; new sign-up who communicates and update their profile receive $20 Gift Certificate.
3- Team's Goal
Here's how...
If we already have our best 5, or below 5 , plan on a team's fund. These fund will be use as coop and sponsoring and reward everyone who communicates well in Stream, Chat and reply mails.. and staying active. Say a $2 Gift Certificate is good for a start..
