1. Keep following their activities on a daily basis.
2. Where ever necessary, give them clarifications.
3. Address their genuine concerns then and there.
4. Establish two way communications;
5. Do not put too much pressure on them through too many mails;
6. Prove you are genuinely interested in their growth & success;
7. Improve your relationship with them;
8. They should feel, you are trust worthy;
9. Take them along with you & remain their true friend;
10. Help them to reach the level of EA first;
11. Appreciate their achievements;
12. Motivate them through re-assignment of your active PSAs & guide their build their own down
Line;
13. Keep them in your S-Builder Co-Op;
14. Talk about Compensation Plan;
15. Make them realize how advancing to the Team Leader status will help them to build their
Team more and more (through CSAs) & how it will benefit them.
16. Educate them on how to advertise for PSAs/ECAs etc.
17. Show them how VersaPoints can be easily gathered through PRMs, Transfer Buying, etc.
18. All these will make them realize the importance of becoming a Team Leader and they will
on their own volition, will achieve it in due course.
Conclusion:
a) Important point is, you have to lead by example. It means, first of all, you have to keep
advancing from one level to the next, continuously.
b) Without your doing it, you can not motivate or expect your down line do it.
c) Be an awesome Sponsor & an inspiring Leader so that every one in your Team will
love to follow your footsteps.
