4) keep an email list with your leader team.
5) work with those who need help. Knows their needs. They have all the tools.
6) Each week send an support email to every one.
7) publicities for every body (facebook, tweeter, etc.)
8) be sure than every body are and know the team goals, because we are like a chain, one missing, chain broken.
9) feed-back is the most important things that we must do.
10) keep it simple.
After those rules, The work team must be ajust every week, it's depend of your goal.
