When you received new CSAs from your country through the CSA Exchange, you send them Welcome E-Cards. What you wrote on your E-Cards will determine your success. The contents of your welcome message is crucial in getting their attention.
A simple and short welcome message with a hint of some excitement in your team's activities should be sufficient to arouse interest.
If you're lucky to get their attention, the next step would be how to engage them. If most of them will already be in SFI for a while and have already established a good team, all you can offer is your friendship and trust in their capabilities to build their business and would love to be a part of their continued success by providing assistance when required.
If they haven't started yet, offer you assistance in getting them started properly, using the usual procedures like reading/reviewing the three important steps: START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.
Then invite them to have a chat with you by leaving messages on Chat box, if they have any questions, or important issues to clarify. Most often than not, you'll get a response thru the Chat box and engaging them will be much easier. The informality and instant communication will put them at ease and you can guide them easily.
