Encouraging affiliates to get started and stay active in SFI is the main challenge for sponsors and co-sponsors without needing to push that may be misinterpreted as being selfish or being a dictator.
It's been said repeatedly to lead by example- they see, they follow if they wish to.
If not, let them be, but continue to do your work, earn new Badges, be visible by participating in all SFI contests, like the quarterly Leadership Challenge, E365 contest, be a Forum Guru, Top Author, Top Sponsor, Top Enroller, etc.
Share with them every milestones achieved by other members of your team through your weekly newsletters, via the Stream Post, your Leadership Page, and in the Forum where other affiliates can see how proud you are of your team members' achievements and accomplishments.
Every now and then send a "Here to Help" E-card to let them know you care and are just waiting for them to log in and visit their Homepage to give them and business a fighting chance at success.
