2. Construct and run regular contests for whatever you decide will improve your business as well as theirs. These contests will keep your group active and involved. Get some ideas from SFI training.
3. No matter how long they have been in your downline, be sure and answer any questions or messages they send you. This is help that you will have to provide as long as you are their upline.
4. When someone remains with you for some time, they become someone that you can count on as part of your active group, but they still need your encouragement and mentoring. This is a great use for the Stream and you weekly newsletters.
5. SFI is a business each individual builds for themselves, so you have to be considerate of them and careful that you don't make them too dependent on you at any stage of your and their businesses. It is important to let them know new items and remind them of old news every so often because this keeps them from becoming complacent.
