Its my personnel experience because having non-active PSAs cause self-discourage to all the sponsors at SFI.
Now a days people wants Fast money,nobody is ready to wait until 6 months...
After joining in SFI,people will work for One month actively without built any downline,then they will see the commissions are less in first month....then slowly will disappear...
I did a small experiment for those type of people...
1. I took my commissions report snap shot and sent to every inactive person in my downline
2. I have prepared one PPT document saying that all the benifits of SFI Plan & residual income details and sent to all my inactive person in my downline
Then,there is huge difference I have seen......many of my PSAs turned active.
Every Sponsor love to see,their downline people should earn handsome money....this is not a selfish thing I fell at SFI.
