What does it takes to get the attention of your CSAs to engage them in your SFI organization?
- Send them your warm welcome and make them feel that you’re there to fully support them.
- Depending on your time, whenever you see them online, try to connect with them, using SFIM chat. Establishing your first contact with your CSAs is an important step towards building closer relationship with them. Your conversation with your CSAs will provide you powerful insights in regards to their concerns and what’s in their mind as they face challenges in their journey with SFI.
- Send your weekly messages regularly sharing some of the common challenges that every affiliate faces in their journey with SFI and how you came up with solutions to overcome them.
- Always try to provide valuable content to your messages, or in communicating with them. For example, you can share your success, how you applied some of the latest SFI innovations in growing your SFI business.
- You can initiate a group discussion with your CSAs on your ideas about marketing strategy, team building, and using social media effectively to get highly qualified leads, etc. in the SFI sub forum my country/region.
- Another effective way of getting their attention is by actively participating in SFI Forum, providing solutions to other affiliates getting the Forum guru badge.
- You can also actively participate in the Ask SC and EZ games. You’ll get their attention and inspire them to become active and follow your lead as they see your Ask SC answers getting the most votes, runner up or third to tenth place position. The same is true when you have multiple badges for playing the EZ games.
- Use the Stream Posts to congratulate them in their achievements or share your messages of motivation to inspire them.
By doing all the steps above, you’ll be able to get the attention of your CSAs and engage them to excel in their activities which mean higher commission for you. They’ll most likely follow your lead for conveying to them your passion for your SFI business.
