Firstly, it's great that your new CSAs are from your Country, which means the problem of languages can be eliminated because you would be all speaking a common language, which would make communication a lot easier.
Secondly, as we are taught at SFI - as Sponsors/Co-Sponsors, we are to be friendly, welcoming and caring towards our team members.
So my suggestion would be after the initial welcome emails, go and chat (if they are online) or send them follow up email or E-Card asking them how you can be of help to them.
Depending on your own knowledge of SFI, you can also share ideas/tips with them to help them grow their SFI business.
