All of the CSAs were put into the CSA Exchange because they were considered 'drift wood' by there sponsor. So I really think that the majority of these affiliates will be purged from SFI in a year of their joining. So how can you get their attention? You won't in most cases but there are those affiliates who will greatly benefit from having a sponsor that can relate to them culturally. Your next team mail might include just the right information to rekindle that spark of ingenuity and ambition.
Why not check to see when your new CSA is online, and send them an instant chat message of welcome. Tell them your SFI story and then ask them how things are going for them. Most people are intrigued when someone cares enough to ask . . . ;'How's it going for you?"
Finally you have to do what is recommended to be an outstanding SFI affiliate and good sponsor. People don't know how much you care until you show them. The right affiliate will blossom while any others just wither away. Support them the best you can. .
