Always depend on you, you are there for them constantly and when the good spies to work and when you no longer need your help they need you as a sponsor or sponsors Co. Your job with them, never ends. You need to know that you are there for nnih, they need your support, motivation. You must always be there to tell them a nice word to motivate them. Never old members do not leave, you're always in touch with them but I do not need your help, but they are part of your team and do you earn. Would not it be fair that sometimes beats award from you even if only a kind word?
