This indeed is an interesting question, and i must say that each and everyone has been given the opportunity to recruit affiliates one on one.
For recruitment of affiliates to be effective, one must consider:-
1. Level of Education of the new recruit.
2. Age of affiliate.
3. Langauge Barrier.
Considering the above factors, effective communication is very key as first impression and presentation of our businesses could either make it a success or a failure.
There is a saying that you ar being addressed by the way you are dressed, having this in mind, presenting SFI, you must be well mannered and well dressed to give the aure of Professionalism.
Also, talking with a prospect one on one, we should be confident when marketing SFI, to remove any layer of doubt. Someone marketing a product without confident would be perceived as one that is not sure of what he is marketing and the prospect loses interest in the product. Inorder words, market what you believe in and be confident so as to gain the trust of your new prospect.
Also, talking with a prospect, we should highlight the importance of your product and what differentiates it from other products. For instance, you share with your prospect of the initial online business that you were doing and how you heard about SFI, tried it out and how successful you have been.
Also, communicate with our prospects in a simple and concised manner. This is the area in which we match the level of education of the prospects for ease of understanding. This is very important so that the new prospects can understand everything they are being offered to him/her before joining.
Also, having a detailed information about the company (SFI) and your upline would build the trust they have. This is where you show them proven track records of the company, your achievements as well as your upline.
Also, recruitng affiliates one-one, we must be ready to answer a number of questions that might arise during the course of recruiting. Why we are answering them so that when they join, the have an insight to SFI and would be able to duplicate our actions.
In summary, effective communication is very key to any business as it makes it easier to communicate with both your existing and new prospects.
