This is a very interesting question and I do hope that I would assist you the best way possible.
Having an open house get together, is actually an opportunity to publicise and present SFI as a unique business. The purpose of having an open house get together is to get new sign ups, existing customers/business associates (ECAs/some Psas that reside in your country) as well as community members together into your home to enlighting them about such business proposition.
That said, we need to itemise things needed for such event.
1. Power Point presentation slides that highlights SFI/Tripleclicks and different ways of earning.
2. Tripleclicks x cards to distribute to potential customers with your contact number and email address behind the card.
3. An internet enabled laptop.
4. A projector.
5. A programme with the list of activities.
6. Make provisions for refreshments.
Having the following information above, we can then plan an open house to showcase SFI by:-
1. Getting a central location or venue for the open house, a slated date for the event which would give you ample time to furnish, set up and prepare to accept guests on the date agreed upon.
2. Advertise your SFI business with an email newsletter to your list of contacts.Follow up emails prior to the event and encourage each person you invited to refer at least 2 people to the event. Also, we would need to make posters as well as flyers and place them on bill boards, supermarkets and the venue for the event in advance for publicity and awareness.
3. Establishing a budget for the open house by listing all the items needed for the event and setting such funds aside for the event.
4. Choose some of tripleclicks products that you would like featured during the open house get together from ECAs in your country that you have invited or products that you have ordered from tripleclcicks that you have used. Note that any featured product you are displaying, should have a form or card giving detailed information about the product being displayed as well as your tripleclicks x cards available for distribution.
5. Create a short programme of activities for your open house event which would include an introduction from you as well as introducing your key team members. From there, you can start the Power point presentation that would give an insight of SFI/tripleclicks to the new recruits. Also, we can organise some contest where the winners can get some sample products from the ECAs or Tripleclicks branded products (you order them on tripleclicks) that can be given to both the winners of the contest as well the visitors.
6. To reduce the stress on you as the organiser, you can employ the services of a caterer to cater for food and drinks for the visitors as well as an MC that would assist you run he activities in the programme.
