I think to effectively recruit someone into your SFI team firstly establish a common ground where your can start a fruitful conversation with him/her. Conversation should be aligned in such a way that it leads to making money online and internet marketing where you can bring up the concept of joining SFI.
Discuss the advantages of joining SFI such as its free, compensation plans, and levels of benefits with respect to the ranks (AAF, EA, BTL etc). Try as much as possible to be very convincing and allow them some time alone (say one day, two days or even a week ) to think and make their decision whether or not to join your team. Leave your contact number of email links or SFI gateway links with them so they can contact you once they make up their mind. It will also be if good you can ask for their contacts preferably emails where your can send some background reading materials about SFI together with your SFI gateway link.
I believe such will build you a good team and this helps.
