All of us have been recruiting since the day we could speak. We have all been making friends, trying to please or help others since we were born. So getting a person to listen to you and believe what you are saying is really not a hard thing to do. Specially if you tell the truth.
1) It's important to read and learn so you will be able to explain what SFI is, answer questions, and why you want them to join your team. Reviewing the Basics video, the Start and Launchpad is a good refresher.

There are many different expert ads that explain about SFI, as the banners, phone scripts, and text ads.
It's important to write a short 1 minute script that you can practice and be able to say by.
3) Whether you are talking with a stranger or someone you know, it is important they become relaxed and talking. You can start a conversation about anything.
For example:
a) The shirt they have on
b) The weather
c) Their job
d) Their smile
After being in conversation with your prospect for a minute or so, you will want to start talking about SFI and giving your 1 minute script.
4) If you have a cell phone or tablet, show them the SFI website. You will be able to register them here also by going to your gateway.
After signing up, make sure to explain to your new affiliate that they will have to authorize their own devise because they will not be able to enter into their website without receiving the authorization from SFI sent to their e-mail address after they try to log in.
If you are not able to go to the website, you can pass along your gateway, name, address and phone number. Giving your business card is best. You can buy business cards or X-Cards on TripleClicks.
Make sure you get your prospect or affiliate's name, address and phone number also.
From the time you start talking about SFI until you are ready to say good bye should not take more than 5- 10 minutes. If they have more questions let them know you will call them later. You are developing an interest, not giving them a lot of information.
5) Here are some suggestions of places for finding prospects for SFI.
a) Malls
b) Coffee Shops
c) Restaurants
d) Gas stations
e) Work Place
f) Sporting Events
g) Children's Sports Practices
h) Flee Markets
Anywhere there are people!
6) What is nice about encountering a new prospect, you have made a new friend. You can see them in person anytime and talk about your SFI businesses. Also, start setting up meetings with your local affiliate or affiliates to allow them to bring their new prospects and strengthen all your businesses.
