I personally gift my team, accordingly! Mostly in team contest, when they earn thier Ea or Ea2 Or Team Ranks or highest scores of the month!
Ok, your here to build your business successfully & you need your team on board to grown your business smoothly & profitably! You also need a minimum of 5 permanent Psa's, you need Prms too!
Your also awarded Csa's, every month. Now this can be the hardest & the longest part of building your business.
Why your got to be in love with the business & believe in your business 1st & foremost!
Once you develop your inner love, belief & driven passion for your business. Without a bit of doubt.
Then, you'll find communicating with your downline, very smooth & easy too!
That's really the easy part!
Its getting them, believing & actively, daily working, that the hard part!
Once you know how to separate the two, you'll find that the communications, begin to open up, far more than you can ever imagine.
Its all about earning, their, trust, their respect & feeling comfortable dealing with a stranger online.
I find being, totally honest & down to earth, warm, caring, sharing, motivating, inspiring,encouraging, empowering, resourceful, reliable,dependable, loyal, knowledgeable, driven & always giving them hope & uplifting.
Praise them for everything they do. Take notice of everything, including the thins they don't do too!
Always remember, your never their boss! Your their team leader!
Lead them, teach them to be leaders too! Never ever followers.
Always remind them, their born Winners never Looser!
Never forget, your dealing with adults & some have forgotten, the joys of reading & learning too!
Teach the modern joy of not just reading everything, but the new reading everything & having fun, clicking on everything!
As long as you teach them to believe & take charge too, you'll all get your break through too!
Last but least! Always lead them all, by good examples too.
PS. Your added bonus, through all the above! Is your willingness & ability to Listen to them. Read into what they say, asks & plea too.
Work with your workers. Don't be afraid to let them know you need them, working with you too!
