When making a presentation, starting point is a meet and greet session. Briefly introduce yourself to the audience by your first and last name and the name of your company and the purpose of the presentation. Ask everyone in the audience to do the same, and finally ask them to address you by your first name and ask them politely if you can do the same. It is critical that you remember each attendee's name. Otherwise, one can always use a name plate drawn with a visible marking pen on a hard cover and place before each attendant for easy identification.
During the face to face presentation ask leading question frequently ea if you had xx dollars where would you be living? Which countries would you travel to? What kind of house would you live in? This questions will help you to arouse the interest of your prospects. Remember to respond to questions accurately, responsibly and honestly no hype.If you do not understand or don't have an answer to a question say so and, promise to look for the answer.
