If you have never done this before, I suggest that you start off small.
I suggest that you start off with a selected group of close friends. Look upon it as rehearsal and treat it as such. If at the end of the get together, there are no sign up, don't be disappointed. Just keep in contact with them keeping the subject of SFI active.
Invite them to your house and be very open about the purpose of the get together. Tell them that you are getting together for a meal and the presentation of a business opportunity for their consideration. Never ambush them and suddenly make the SFI presentation without prior warning. They may resent that and will not sign up as PSAs. You might even loose them as friends.
Have some SFI /TripleClicks pamphlets & cards available and if possible some TC products available as well.
Have video presentations or slides or power-point, whatever you feel will get your message across. You might even log onto SFI and show them TripleClicks / Auctions etc.. Show them where to join SFI and help them join if they want to do that right away. Why not - they have nothing to loose.
After the presentation, ask for feed back and suggestions. Remember these are your friends and hopefully their inputs will help you with you future presentations.
When you have refined your presentation, then get bigger with your get-together. Your friends might even help you with it.
