If you had an SFI referral link somewhere online - on your own site or elsewhere - and somebody from a country other than your own signed up at SFI, would you then contact them and ask them to opt out? I would think not.
If you're worried about language being a barrier you can use an online translator. Even if you don't, if your affiliate is serious about SFI, they might.
You can also reassign affiliates who speak a certain language to other affiliates on your team who speak that same language.
Definitely prospect people to become affiliates from everywhere. Grab everyone you can. If you don't, somebody else might.
