When I get a new affiliate I send him/her an e-mail straight away and then try to find them on Facebook. Usually the people which I find on Facebook start working, the other ones, usually don't.
When they are new, I spend more time training them. Sometimes I spend even few hours on Facebook with them telling them what and how.
After that, my downline usually contact me when they have some problem or to chat a little. Every week I send them a team e-mail. I always congratulate them on their success, I congratulate them when they have a Birthday or some other important events.
From time to time I make my own little webinars for my downline.
It is never to much to communicate with your downline, but always tell them they are free to contact you if they have a problem as you don't won't to be too boring. Use the methods of communication that suit you and them the most.
