After joining SFI and have learned enough of the basics it will be time to start prospecting for new affiliates to join your team. The sooner you start prospecting the quicker you will build a team and it is teamwork that will take you to the top of the success ladder.
Now comes the time when the question of “where should I prospect for new teammates?” “Should I concentrate with people of my own country or try enrolling globally?”
Let’s look at the name of our marketing company – SFI; those letters stand for “Strong Future International” The last word in the title is “international” that my friends means globally.
It is good to prospect people in your own country do that as your “warm marketing” that means your friends and relatives. As they join, they will enroll friends and relatives of their own and you now have a group starting within your own country.
Put your main efforts into prospecting for affiliates in as many countries as you can. The reason for this is because many factors can change the economy of a single country such as natural disasters, war and so forth. If all your affiliates were in that one country you would risk losing everything.
Growing your business internationally is income protection at its best. It is much harder to destroy a business that has its base set globally.
Because your SFI business is based on “teammate relationships” I can think of no better way than to have friends in several different nations. The information on culture, customs, traditions and exchanged knowledge among different nationalities is priceless.
