The best way, for me, to communicate with my downlines is the new Chat box. It is quick, easy, and very informal. You can put your new PSA at ease with the informality of the chat, like when you are talking with each other face to face
You can answer their questions as quickly as you can, which gives your new PSAs confidence that they are dealing with a knowledgeable and accessible sponsor.
You can give simple instructions on how to get started as easily and comfortably as possible.
Feedback is quick and spontaneous.
You can give quick advice on some issues that matter to your team, give them motivation with your personal way of praising people that lifts their morale.
Of course, there are other good ways of communicating with your team, which are equally important in fostering good and trusting relationship such as E-Cards for any occasion, SFIM, Team Mail, Stream Post, and via Weekly Group Mail to your team, PSAs, or CSAs as well as through the social media, by phone or Skype.
The choice is many, if used properly, whatever means you use will help you build a strong, happy, confident, and active and productive team!
