Its a good idea to have an open house get-together to present the SFI opportunity and the success of the meet depends on your thorough Planning and Preparation.
Please have a clear Financial Budget; Plan and spend your resources well within your Budget.
1. Equip yourself with all information about SFI/TripleClicks so that you can clarify
many things confidently;
2. Have a Lap Top with an Internet connection to give live presentations/Demonstrations;
3. Decide your Target audience like Students/Housewives/Retired People, etc & prepare the
Meeting Agenda accordingly;
4. Select a suitable Venue which is connected very well with transport facilities;
5. Have a Target on number of participants & send invitations sufficiently in advance and have
their confirmation;
6. Have one or two of your Team members to support your efforts;
7. Do not charge any fee and offer the whole presentation free of cost.
8. Provide the participants snacks & drinks (coffee/Tea,) at your cost.
9. Set the duration of the meeting at not more than 3 to 4 hours.
10. Start and end the meeting in time.
11. Split the contents & present sessions of short duration; Try to cover important aspects like
ECA, Garage Sales, Transfer Buying, PRM, Wave3 in detail;
12. After every session, have an inter action with the participants & encourage them to raise
questions & provide clear & authentic answers;
13. Where its essential and possible, request few of your participants to play EZ Games including
KOT and Card King so that they can have a feel of what is in store for them;
14, Even if no one joins immediately, (before end of the Meeting) do not feel discouraged.
15. Please provide them a Feed Back sheet by which you will be able to get all their personal
details and Remarks on the day's proceedings.
16. When they leave, please thank them from the depth of your heart and provide them with
flyers or hand bills that bear your SFI Gateways, Contact phone numbers, etc.
17. After a reasonable period of wait, please start " follow up" conversations with the participants.
18. See the response, analyze the feed back and decide on similar meetings in the future.
Conclusion:
1. Very important: Please do not mislead the audience & do not provide any blank promises on
earning potential;
2. Make them realize how sincerely & honestly you can support them if they become your Team
Members so that all of them can grow and succeed together.
