Some of the advantages of having affiliates only from your own country are:
1. Communication can be in native language. You can explain things about SFI Business which can
be easily understood.
2. Phone contacts can be quiet economical.
3. Conducting explanatory meetings for a small group will be easy.
4. Personal visits for guidance can be possible.
5. One to one rapport can be easily established through frequent communication.
6. Building a strong team with active and strong affiliates can be achieved within a reasonable
time and growth of every member can be ensured through timely clarifications and inter
actions.
7. Personal Demonstration of your performance, achievements, etc can be easily viewed by your
prospects at their convenience /at their places enhancing your opportunities to get more and more
new sign ups.
8. The possibility of opt-out will be very low since you can be always around when support is
needed.
When you prospect people to become affiliates from every where, you will not be able to do many of these.
The main disadvantages will be:
1. Language can be a barrier. Since SFI business activities warrant Communication through
English there are chances that some of your prospects may not be able to understand what
exactly you want to explain to them.
2. There will be pressure on you to translate messages in their language which will be time
consuming.
3. Interaction will be quite difficult.
4. Personal contacts may not be possible;
5. Communication through phone will be costly.
6. Explanatory meetings will be impossible.
Despite all these, we require more and more affiliates to be part of our Team regularly. Consistent efforts alone can bring even partial success. There is no guarantee that all new sign ups whether they hail from your own country or elsewhere will remain active.
Conclusion:
Since we all require at least Five active and strong affiliates in our Team who will duplicate our actions and remain EA every month, its necessary that we keep recruiting affiliates from any part of the world regularly. No doubt language can be a barrier in some cases. But there are enough means to address that including translation facilities provided by SFI, Google, etc.
