It is not really hard to reach the level of EA2 in the first 2 months in SFI. Before moving to another level in the ranking of SFI we must be sure that we understand well as SFI works from the point of view of its structure, benefits, compensation plan and sustainability over time. Understand that move to another level involves greater commitment and we must assume a leadership role, so we must also form ourselves. In this status we have the responsibility of being example in everything we do, transmit knowledge and the most important the duplication. Remember that the key in SFI is the duplication, so the ideal would be that we have a team of affiliates in order to move us to the next level. At the level of EA it is required 1.500 VP that may be the combination of AVP (Action VP) and SVP (Sale VP). Now if you want to move to the level of BTL (Bronze Team Leader), it would be required 3000 VP, distributed in 2000 SVP and 1000 AVP.
Here are the steps to reach 3000 VP
1. Standing Order: 1500 SVP (125 Tcredit)
2. daily, weekly and monthly activities: 600 AVP
3. Use the 125 Tcredit at auction have double awards ceremony, obtaining MRP 1250 (10 MRP per bid) and 125 AVP (1 VP for bid).
4. Use 630 MRP and purchase 5 Tcredit (5X1 Tcredit-single), obtaining 510 SVP. MRPrestante 620 can be used for the following month.
- From (1) and (4) are obtained 2000 SVP.
- From (2) and (3) 725 AVP are obtained. 275 AVP are left. Then it is required at least 3 PSA with level EA2. For each PSA you support you get 100 AVP. Here is the importance of having a network before upgrade over EA. If you want to have the level of BTL without an active network of PSA then you have to buy in TripleClick a pack of 240 Tcredits and participate in the auction, thus you get the AVP required.
