Your first objective should be to make sure you are doing what is necessary to maintain your EA2 status. Your team will continue to grow and you can work towards becoming a team leader but maintaining EA2 is a very important next objective. Ladders should be taken one rung at a time or you might fall so you can Aim High and Dream Big but do not lose sight of each objective.
