One of the main things about SFI is that it is a business. Most businesses take 2-3 years before they start making a profit. If you have put a lot of work into it you need to be patient. Your work will pay off eventually if you don’t quit.
I’ve been in SFI for three years now and am still investing my earnings back into my business. It’s paying off. It’s exciting to see affiliates improving and to see the levels under you growing.
When you sponsor someone, consider them as prospects. Only a very small percentage are even wanting to do this business. Your job is to tell them about it, both the good and the work involved. If you don’t you’ll be wasting your time with people who get started but then quit when they don’t see fast results.
The other thing to remember is that some prospects/affiliates are not ready to get started right away, don’t have the finances and/or time to invest.
If you are working hard, share with your workers what you are doing. Help all your levels and CSAs. I earn more income from my CSAs than my huge downline of PSAs all together. Ask your upline to help. Learn everything you can. Suggest services and products from TripleClicks to your affiliates.
And of course, work with your workers. Reassign PSAs to them, have contests, use gift certificates, TCredits or whatever they need to stay motivated. Make sure to explain what to do with what you are giving. New affiliates especially need very clear directions! Maybe you’d like to give a gift certificate for them to purchase a pre-made website, TCredits to make their monthly rank goal or be Fast Track.
Encourage, motivate, build relationships, and train. Affiliates who know and like you are going to work harder.
