When building an Internet Marketing business like SFI you will need to be enrolling people into your program. With SFI that isn’t too hard because it is a company that is free to join. The mentoring and training is free, websites to promote the business is free and most of your marketing materials are free.
With that being said, I find it hard to even think of giving a brand new arrival, PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliate) some kind of gift for joining your team. To me that is like a bribe and I personally would be very cautious about going any further with the program.
At the present time there are gifts being offered to new sign-ups as a testing method to see if even giving a gift when they first start will help them be active or not. You can elect to give a certain amount of TCredits to each personal upon enrollment (limits set by you) If your new arrival does not want the TCredits or they do not use them within the first 24 hours you get them back.
Or you can give them a $1.00 cash amount to be placed in their personal commission account. For each person you give a $100 to (paid by SFI) it will cost you 2 TCredits. If the new person opts out or doesn’t take up the offer of $1.00 then you do not get your TCredits returned.
I find it more profitable to give rewards and incentives to my teammates only when they have achieved certain milestones. To me it just does not make good business sense to give someone a gift for doing nothing.
In the past I had joined some Internet marketing companies that offered “free sign-ups” – your first order of products free along with free websites and rotator positions. You what I found, the amount of inactive affiliates remained the same there as they might be in your team right now.
If a newly enrolled affiliate is not ready to be serious about building their own business no amount of gifts given to them is going to keep them active. Sooner than later the gifts you gave them will “wear off” and they will either quit or they will be asking and demanding more free stuff expecting you to respond to their request because you have done it once before.
Save your “gifts” for your workers – it will go easier on your budget and it will increase your business much faster than giving new sign-ups something for nothing.
