Simple fact is the best gift you can give anyone that joins your team is KNOWLEDGE.
If you give them gifts all it does is create a culture where they will expect to receive gifts in order to remain active, and as soon as you stop sending them gifts they will just turn their attention elsewhere.
You need to give them the knowledge that the only way they will truly benefit not just from SFI but from any program they participate in, they must apply themselves fully and commit to putting in the time and effort necessary to ensure success.
There is a growing culture in particular in online marketing where affiliates believe they should be gifted for everything without doing a thing themselves, why waste the rewards which you have put time and money into earning by just giving them all away to individuals that may never truly contribute anything to you?
If you want to gift members, wait and see if they actually become active, and if they do and they start to contribute to the success of your team on the whole, only then should you even conceive the thought of gifting.
If you hand someone a dollar they will keep coming back to you and expecting more handouts, if you make them work to earn a gift, they will know that if they work harder they can attain a greater gift!
