To attract people who have money to invest into a business to join your team all depends on:-
1. The interest of the individual.
2. How experienced the individual is regarding online businesses.
3. And how committed the individual would be.
Why the above is key because the individual might not be interested and might not want to hurt your feelings, has little or no experience in online marketing and since no interest, no commitment.
To gainfully recruit active affiliate who have the resources, we could use the warm marketing approach. We start with our friends, relative and immediate family members. Its cheap and lot easier to convince them especially if they have the resources.
As a sponsor to these affiliates, you would have to lead by examples as your homepage displays your achievements on SFI. You will have to guide these affiliates to make them successful so as they know joining SFI wasn't a mistake from the onset. You will let them know its not a get rich scheme so that they don't expect the return on their investment within the shortest possible time.
Using warm marketing approach, you simply would refer friends to your affiliate link once you have spoken to them about it. Other ways of expanding and refering more people is via your blogs, facebook, twitter and other social media. Remember that you need alot of affiliates as some would while some won't.
Also, we can give gift cards to the first 5 sign ups you receive as its a way of encouraging your new PRMs or PSAs. Let them use the first few days to read and know more about he business. Once they have an insight to the business, then we can encourage them to invest time, energy, money and sources to grow their business.
In summary, we need to attract as much PRMs or PSAs as some would be inactive and later become active and vice versal regardless of whether they have rhe resources or not.
