I would suggest not 'pursuing inactive members" but continue to include them in your regular message sent out, blog updates and even your Stream Up-dates.
As a team leader it is your responsibility to keep yourself available to all your team members so they know you will not judge them nor will you deter them from working on meaningful goals.
I understand that inactivity does not promote growth so consider what can be done to transition from inactivity to activity. As stated by Newton's law - "once at rest, stays at rest; once in motion, stays in motion".
Keep on your communication with all your down line members but do take time to recognize those who are active and are working their SFI business. These are the members that I would suggest that you continue to motivate so that they do not loose their "motion" to become "motionless". When you publically recognize team members for their actions - this may encourage others to change their state from "rest to motion".
Remember that there are other Team Leaders in your down line who may be a profile fit to the members on your team who seem not to be having growth - sometimes it is that they like SFI but need a different leadership style to get them moving.
Reasons for inactivity can vary so be sure to find out what the 'blocker to growth or movement" is from the affiliate's perspective and assist where you are able to do so. Sometimes it takes a simple little e-mail message to express concern and offer assistance....the rest is up to the affiliate to take care of.
