I will send, when requested to do so a start up package of X-Cards, TripleClicks Gift Cards, and ECA prospecting Post Cards. Once I receive word that the start up kit has been received - I will send messages to him or her to suggest how each item in their start up kit may be used in their local community to promote growth of their down line and ECA program.
I firmly believe that tools are to be given - but not alone, but my time as a team leader needs to be given too so that suggestions can be made to down line members to continue with their initial interest to be an affiliate with SFI.
