What are the best ways that you can do to show that appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?
- For winning in the Daily Grand, you can send them E-cards of congratulations or you can post through your Stream tab your words of praise for this particular achievement. By doing this, the rest of your downline will get excited and will set in motion the enthusiasm to get themselves active and to participate.
- For logging in daily, performing their To-Do List and achieving the rank of EA, you can reassign 2 affiliates to start them off in building their own team. For them this would be highly motivating to have their own team members. Use your Leadership page to organize contests offering certain rewards for their achievements.
- For re-qualifying to EA2, you can offer them a share of your S-Builder Co-op or a share from your own Ad Co-op.
- For becoming/re-qualifying to the rank of Team Leaders you can offer Gift Certificate.
- For other achievements such as, sponsoring certain numbers of affiliates, referring TC members, distributing TC Gift Cards, etc., you can offer TCredits or Gift Certificates or a combination of both.
Recognizing their efforts and achievements will go a long way. Showing your appreciation to them by offering them rewards/incentives will not only earn you their loyalty but also build a strong ties between you and your most active affiliates.
