The best way to appreciate and motive active affiliates in your team is to:-
1. Assist them with a gift certificate
2. Add them in your team co op to build a team of their own.
3. Transfer affiliates of the same country to active affiliates in your team.
4. Transfer of T credits to your active affiliates (minimum of 10 t credits and a one time action).
5. Give them sites where they can post and advertise their affiliate links.
6. Organising team contest where the active and successful candidates are being awarded with PSAs, gift certificates and t credits as this is a way of motivating and encouraging every affiliate in the team.
