Hello Kevin
Like the adage says, 'Winners never quit and quitters never win'.
You don't give up on them until SFI removes them from their database.
I see all inactive PSAs or CSAs as diamonds in the rough or as potential lemonades. What do i mean?
Every diamond is covered with dirts. We can either get trained to be diamond cutters or we choose to leave them there and we die in penury. Either way we need to make a choice.
We are made by our choices and we suffer the consequences.
SFI throws CSAs to us every month. I see this as throwing lemons my way and i do have a choice. It is either i make them into lemonades, package them well and sell them to make money or i just leave them to rot and it is of no use to me. Either way i need to make a choice. I would rather make them lemonades i.e make them active than give up on them.
Many TLs have been able to do this. We've seen many coming back after many years of being inactive. It all depends on how long you can hold on.
What i do is to restrategize my email and make it more personal, problem solving and professional.
I keep doing this, till they come around and become lemonades or when SFI removes them from their database.
I'l be consoled that i did my best.
Good luck.
