People who "have money to invest" generally are looking for a way to increase their money without having to do anything other than to provide the money. They are looking for someone else to multiply that money for them for a cut of the profits. Our SFI business is not what they are looking for.
Therefore, I think your question should be altered to read:
"How can I attract people into my team who are willing to invest their money into their own SFI business."
You need to find someone who has money that can be used towards building his business. He must has a dream or a need big enough to propel him through set-backs and discouragements. He must believe in himself and SFI. He must see leadership in what you do.
This question demands a two part answer.
1) you must qualify your prospect as to whether he is able and will be dedicated to building a SFI business, involving investing time and cash, and will take on transfer buying.
2) You must also instill confidence in him about SFI/TC and in yourself as a leader.
Whether you are best buddies, family members, or strangers, begin to build a new relationship with your prospect. Aim the relationship towards your experiences with SFI; your and his dreams, desires, needs and goals in life; and how you can reach them.
Unless your prospect is a stranger, he knows your weaknesses. Don't down play them. Just steer the relationship towards your business and what you have learned about what it takes for being a successful business person.
Keep it relaxed but don't put off showing him the full SFI business plan. You goal here is to add a good business partner, not just another good friend.
While you do not want too many irons in the fire, you do want to keep an ever-watchful eye out for new prospects. Keep a list of these people and choose one from the list to begin working with as the present one either becomes unqualified or gets established in SFI.
