Augustine,
I think it is really great that you are thinking about how to show appreciation for your active team members. This is a true sign of a leader. I will share with you what I do.
For everyone on my team who achieves and EA2 status or higher I include them in a co-op at no cost to them. I purchase S-Builder shares every month and also work to win PSAs in the auctions. These are all shared amongst my active team members.
For anyone on my team who achieves EA status I re-assign PSAs to them. I also tend to re-assign PSAs to my other active team members as well ... just to show that I appreciate them.
If I see that someone is active but has not quite achieved their EA status yet I will send them a gift certificate to express my appreciation that they are logging in regularly and making the effort to succeed. This will often push them to achieve their EA status.
Lastly, I try to offer value and tips not just for my active affiliates but to my whole team. I will send Team Mails that focus on a particular topic in SFI or that focus on more generalized business building strategies.
I also try to send reminders out regarding keeping Leadership Pages updated or other team leader related topics.
There is so much that we can do ... just keep your mind open to the possibilities and you will be amazed with what you come up with.
I hope this helps.
Be Strong and Keep the Faith! :-)
