Attracting people who will be effective on your SFI team relies entirely on two steps.
1) You must elicit your audience's values and find out what they might want out of SFI.
2) You must demonstrate to your audience that they can get what they want through joining your SFI team.
Step One relies will tell you a great deal about your prospects, and each of their values will change what you talk about during Step Two. For example, someone with limited time might be better convinced toward a "more automated" strategy, involving purchasing PSA packages and the like, whereas someone looking to build an "online career" could find value in the promoting and marketing aspects of SFI. Each requires your attention, first and foremost, and listening will make you much more effective when it comes to attracting people and keeping them active.
