We all try even harder when our efforts are being appreciated.

Some ways that you can invest into your active PSAs are:
-TCredits
-PSA reassignments
-gift certificates.
Provide for them an extra way to advance by:
-setting up an advertising co-op for your team
-setting up contests using your Leadership Page "Rewards/Incentives" section.
Places where you can congratulate them reaching milestones are:
-recognition section of your Leadership Page
-recognition section at the SFI Forum
-your weekly newsletters
-TeamTalk posts on Stream
etc.
In other words, show your appreciation by congratulating them, investing in them and helping them build their own business. Don't forget that YOU succeed only if THEY succeed.
