First of all, we have to realise that new Affiliates do receive information from different sources through messages or otherwise either from SFI, their Sponsors or their Co-Sponsors. Hence it is very necessary that we prevent or minimize information overload as we communicate or interact with them.
Secondly, we must read and study the contents of one of SFI post titled "Did you know…You can align your new PSA welcome system with SFI’s?". There is a schedule of timing of when SFI sends information to new Affiliates. We should therefore align our message sending with the SFI list and be familiar with the contents so that they do not get overloaded with information.
After this our messages to them should be brief and straight to the point - basically just giving Tips on the step of action to be taken. That is to monitor their progress and give necessary guide from time to time. Recognize and encourage them by sending E-Card when they must have achieved or win something in order to motivate them.
