This is a very nice question and i do hope based on my experience, I would be able to assist you in building a stong team with real active and motivated member.
For us to build a formendable team, we need to:-.
1. Ensuring that you lead by example as such, having a Standing Order of either 100 t credits at $29 with (1200 SVP + AVP ie daily, weekly and monthly actions) to make EA 1500 versa point. Or 125 t credits at $36.25 with (1500 SVP) which automatically makes you an EA monthly. In being an EA monthly, the barge will be displayed on your home page reteriaiting that they begin to enjoy SFI monthly if they ensure they are EAs and above.
2. Having in mind that for us to benefit in SFI, we are not just going to be spending money to maintain our ranks, but rather make purchases that can build an active downline. With that, we can use both online form of recruiting PSAs or offline. By this, word of mouth to relatives, friends etc. If we get active PSAs from any of the above for of recruitment, we will groom and teach them so that they can duplicate my actions.
3. Also, building my team, I would have a standing order of S builder. Usually I advice you buy 2 packs at $21 each to get some PSAS.
4. Also, make purchases of PSA to go (Packs varies as it depends on your budget).
5. Tripleclicks Gift Cards (30) at $29.70. On purchase, you receive 100SVP and 10 AVP(300AVP monthly) for each card distributed each day for 30 days. Within that 30 days cycle, you migh be fortunate to get some sign ups. 6. With the T credit purchased, can be used to play Ezebra games, Participate in Auctions, List unwanted items in your home and download music. Remember that for each tcreditspent, you get 1AVP which help to build your ranks
7. With the t credit purchased as well, you can use it to Welcome new affiliates in your team (TW). Thia excites the new PSA as he feels he has started making progress in joining. At this point, its advisable a mail is sent illustrating the importance of the t credits given.
8. With the t credit purchased, you can award t credits to hardworking affilates in the team..This is a way of encouraging and motivating one'sactive affiliate.
9. With the t credits purchased, you can bid for PSAs and CSAs.
Remember, we are looking for ways to build our business so we first need the foundation to purchase items relevant to our business which are to Purchase t credits, Get s builder co ops as well as PSA to go and bid for PSAS and CSAs in the auction to strengthen your team ( 5 Active affiliate is necessary or more) and let them duplicate what you did and the sky will be the limit.
In summary, there is this adage that says seeing is believing. As good sponsors, we need to encourage and motivate them and with that, they can also duplicate your actions. Work with the workers, encourage and motivate them and you will get nothing but the best. I am really happy with my approach and it has worked well with me.
