Highlight the achievements of the team members at all times.

Develop the ability to stay focused on one thing and avoid dispersion.

5. Perseverance

Do not give up despite the difficulties encountered along the way.

6. Tolerance

Understand that we are not boss of our team and that should handle the differences, cultural theme, racial, social and political.

It must exist a sincere, fluid and constant communication with the frequency that be necessary.
