As a team leader in SFI, one of greatest desires is to have a strong, active and motivated team of on fire affiliates. Is this possible? Or is it a pipe dream that cannot really be reached?
I personally believe that it is possible to create an active and motivated team that is ready to conquer the Internet cyber world. I have witnessed a team within another marketing company all of a sudden wake up and surpass all other teams in that company. It is possible.
The first thing that is needed is a team leader who has an on fire passion to excel no matter what and have the mindset that nothing is impossible. A team leader who will not take “no” for an answer and who will not fall dead when hit in the face with a set-backs or obstacles.
The next thing this on fire team leader needs is the ability to spread his/her enthusiasm to the entire team just as if a super infectious plague would strike every member.
Instead of thinking “What can I do to increase my business?” You need to be thinking, “What can I do to increase my teammates business?” The key is to put your “team” ahead of your own dreams and desires. If you are concentrating on building their success then you will be taken to the top realms that you never dreamed you could reach.
Don’t just “Lead by Example,” so they can follow your steps forward. NO – BE THE EXAMPLE!! Help them succeed and teach them how to help their own teammates succeed.
Doing the above is what is truly meant in “duplication” – Don’t just teach it – BE IT. Your team will be very strong and filled with active, enthusiastic, self-motivated members.
